Christmas update and the last update for 2019!

NOTE: It has just come to my attention that my co-developer added further content such as death scenarios and names without me knowing so the devlog in game is not accurate!

-10 new countries
-New male names
-New female names
-New last names
-New First Cause of Death
-New Second Cause of Death
-New Third Cause of Death
-3 Christmas scenarios
-Can now go to the movies
-Fixed bug with relationships
-Added 'Can't afford' popups to Misc menu buttons
-Added Christmas music
-Slight change to main menu

The Assets menu is almost finished! Will be available in the next update. Have a great Christmas and holidays!
